Looking for Contributors

We’re looking for a handful of enthusiastic volunteer contributors to write blog posts for The Lazy Historian. This can be as little as a guest post or as much as a couple posts per month. Posts should be between 350 and 800 words. Topics featured in blog posts can be anything as long as they are history-related.

We’re looking for writers who love history and can spin some dry history-speak into an interesting tale that blog readers will enjoy and share.

Contributors are free to use their posts in a writing portfolio or use me as a reference. All contributors will also get a bio paragraph at the bottom of every published post.

If you think you’d be a good fit for The Lazy Historian, please contact me. In your email, please include a couple ideas for blog posts you’d be interested in writing as well as a rough outline of your writing experience or a link to your portfolio. (You do not have to have prior experience writing about history to apply!) I look forward to hearing from you.
